2. COMMERCIAL SITE/AGE OF USERS

This site is a commercial site intended for use by commercial companies or businesses and their representatives. It provides a way for commercial professionals to obtain information about, and to access Accerio products and services on-line. This is not a consumer site.

3. DATA COLLECTED BY WEB SERVERS AND COOKIES

The web servers that serve this site, like web servers at many websites, provide log data and therefore collect the IP address of users who visit the site, their site navigation information (page requested, time of request, browser type and server response) as well as the user name if the user has registered to the restricted areas of the site.

This information is regularly aggregated and de-identified so that the number of visits to the site and its pages, the average time spent on the site and the pages viewed, etc., can be measured and analysed to improve Accerio product offerings and marketing approach and to improve site content and functionality. Log information will not be used to create individual visitors' profiles. Accerio will not track the individual navigation of visitors, except in the very limited cases where a visitor faces navigation problems which require a technical intervention to correct the problem or to detect potential intrusions.

A cookie is a tiny element of data that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser when you access a site. This site makes use of two types of cookie technology:

4. DATA COLLECTED ON SENDING AN EMAIL TO ACCERIO

You may want to send an email to Accerio through this site for instance via the 'Contact' page. By doing so, you will provide us with basic information about yourself, such as your email address, telephone numbers, your name, your query and could include your CV if you decide to address it to us through the site.

Accerio makes no request for and does not wish to receive 'sensitive personal data' such as personal data relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health issues or sexual matters via this site. 5. DATA COLLECTED TO REQUEST A WEB ACCOUNT AND TO ACCESS THE PARTNER AREA

The Accerio.net area allows the authorized users to have closer contact with Accerio and to access specific information. To access Accerio.net customers must request a web account, which will be granted by Accerio after review of the request, at its discretion.

The web account request process will request basic information from you concerning your Company, the contact person for your Company and contact information and the areas to which you request access.

This information as well as your username and password are processed by Accerio for the purpose of authorizing your access to restricted areas and of providing you with the requested services. If you do not wish to register, but would still like product or service information, all you need to do is to call the telephone number provided in the 'contact' section of this site or send us an email through the 'contact' page.

Only the information fields followed by a star (*) on the registration page must be filled for your registration to proceed successfully. The information fields not preceded by a star (*) are optional. It is necessary for you to fill in the mandatory fields so that Accerio will be able to provide you with the requested services. If the mandatory fields are not properly filled in, your registration may not proceed and you will not have access to Accerio's customer area.

Except if provided to others in the circumstances set out above, the supplied data will be kept on secured servers and computer systems protected from outside intrusions.

6. DATA PROCESSED IN ACCERIO.NET REPORTING AREAS

The restricted Accerio.net section offers eligible users the possibility to access data about their project plan and implementation as well as relevant information. Reporting information is also available for eligible users and companies where applicable. Users can only view data about their company's account.

The data processed in the Accerio.net area is kept on secured servers and computer systems protected from outside intrusions.

7. TRANSFER OF THE DATA COLLECTED VIA THE SITE TO THIRD PARTIES

Data collected by web server and cookies are not transferred to any third parties.

Data collected on sending an email may be provided, to the extent necessary to handle your request, to Accerio offices (including those of our affiliates, agents or representatives) as well as vendors whose assistance is needed to handle your query.

Data collected through this site may also be transferred to others, from time to time in the following cases as needed to perform the data processing purposes described in this policy:

1) at your request, on your order or subject to your prior agreement, to recipients specified by you.
